This is a really good idea, and could be done on pretty much any modern 4 valve DOHC head without too much trouble. Instead of having MIVEC type phasing change for the blowdown cam lobe, just make a fixed two lobe cam. Turbine pressure does not effect VE at all, blowdown is kept separate from scavenge, overlap gas exchange cycle is improved.
