Default Anyone Coming Through WI to the Shootout?

I'm in the process of purchasing some bumpers that are in Watertown Wisconsin, I'd love to save money on freight if someone could pick them up on the way to the shootout. I'd gladly help you with your fuel expense for the trip. It is a front and rear bumper, so it will take up quite a bit of space (one metal, one plastic). If anyone can help me out please let me know and we will work out the specifics. Thank you!

There are a lot of guys coming down, who are you purchasing these from? Arnie or myself would likely be able to offer assistance.

Cody Behling, He's a moderator over on 4g61t.org. If you or any of your group have the extra room, I'd really appreciated it.

Mechacode is his user name. I originally picked those bumpers up for him at the airport and delivered them to him. Heh. He's about an hour and a half west of where I live, but I will be truck/trailer to the shootout so plenty of room for them.

    Just let me know

Jason: You ever free during business hours? I could pick up the bumpers from Mechacode and bring them to Wauwatosa. Would cut 45+ miles out of your trip. Maybe you could help me out and pick up a GVR4 bumper from Eddie and bring it up from Racine. Been trying to work out something with him for a while now.

    Depends on the day.

Otherwise I commute to Chicago randomly during the week

I can adjust with enough notice.

Jason, Curt, if you guys can work out something that is mutually beneficial for you two, I think that would be great. I'd hate to see someone go far out of the way for just me.

Usually it would be right around $200 for UPS to ship them wrapped in plastic wrap from my experiences.

I'm sure we can work something out before the shootout. I've got to head to Watertown soon to get a part for my hot tub anyway, and it is only about 10 miles west of where I live anyway. My office is 35 miles east in Wauwatosa, which is only probably 25 miles from Racine where Jason is. I'd bet Cody would probably drop them at my house too if it came down to it.

Curt, you can drop the bumpers at Casa Chamberlain in Wauwatosa and Jason can pick them up whenever works for him.

I won't be able to deliver them to the shootout, I am driving the Corvette and already have it loaded with Keystone Light and a Jetski.

That sounds like a deal Arnie. I'll let you know when they are going to show up on your doorstep.

Bumpers are in the back of my Durango. I'll have them to Jason on Friday.

It's like the Internet for bumpers; packet forwarding at its finest.

Bumpers were dropped at Jason's house today as planned.

Hope they work out for you.
